About the Role The Company is seeking a VP, Corporate Controller to take on a pivotal, hands-on leadership role in overseeing all accounting operations within a multi-entity organization. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance leadership team, working closely with the CFO and Operations to ensure financial consistency, enhance visibility, and support strategic decision-making. This role is particularly suited to individuals with a background in private equity-backed environments, as the VP, Corporate Controller will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and acquisition integration, while also building the necessary infrastructure for a high-growth setting.

Key responsibilities for the VP, Corporate Controller include leading all financial accounting activities, serving as the GAAP and accounting policies expert, and owning the close processes to deliver timely and accurate financial statements. The role also involves partnering with Operations to align financial processes, optimizing working capital, and advising on financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred, and significant experience in multi-entity, multi-location accounting leadership.

Experience in M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and a strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements are essential. The role requires a systems-oriented mindset, advanced Excel proficiency, and a proven ability to lead distributed teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
