We are hiring for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) role for our HR team.
Looking for professionals with strong expertise in Compensation Analytics, HR data analysis, stakeholder management, and salary negotiations.
Role Requirements:
- 5–12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics
- MBA / PGDM in HR & Finance from a reputed institute
- Strong analytical capability and business understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and dashboards
- Strong exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary structures, budgeting, and HR MIS
- Ability to work closely with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams
- Presentable, confident, and detail-oriented professional
Preferred
- Experience in Technology / BFSI / Product organizations
- Exposure to compensation reporting, analytics, and data-driven HR decision-making
