Junior System Analyst

As a Junior System Analyst at our company, your role will involve supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions through system analysis, configuration, development, testing, and production support. You will collaborate with senior analysts and technical architects to gain hands-on experience with enterprise WMS platforms and warehouse operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Learn and support key WMS processes such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory using WMS software.
• Collaborate with internal teams across global time zones to elicit, clarify, and translate business processes into detailed functional/technical requirements, user stories, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Configure, develop, and support WMS platforms like Blue Yonder, JDA, RedPrairie.
• Provide technical support, perform troubleshooting and defect resolution, partner with functional and technical teams to restore service, and maintain optimal system performance.
• Maintain documentation, follow SDLC, testing, and quality standards, and learn and apply best practices.
• Utilize SQL to validate data, analyze transactions, and troubleshoot.
• Travel as required to client sites for activities like go-live.
• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**
• *Requirements:**
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.
• 02 years of experience with WMS or supply chain/enterprise applications.
• Software Development or QA automation experience with a strong interest in Warehouse Management are also considered.
• Experience with gathering requirements, functional analysis, system configuration, application support, and integrations/data troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Blue Yonder, JDA, RedPrairie, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Physically located in Hyderabad to work from our office.
• Experience partnering with business or client stakeholders and eager to learn complex systems and business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client sites within and outside India as needed.
• Team Player, collaborative Able and willing to work with global teams across time zones as required.
• Understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment) is an asset.
• *Additional Details About the Company:**
• Communication Language: English is required, while knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an asset.
