About the Role The Company is in search of a Head of Payroll to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle payroll processing for a large, diverse workforce across multiple locations. This includes ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, overseeing payroll adjustments, and supporting year-end activities such as tax reporting and filings.

The role also involves conducting payroll audits, partnering with internal teams on payroll reconciliation, and maintaining the integrity of payroll systems and data. Applicants for the Head of Payroll position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-location payroll environment, with a strong knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in payroll systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills are essential.

The role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of process improvement and be adept at managing payroll for a workforce that includes hourly, gratuity-eligible, and salaried employees.
