We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who brings strong operational expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership through clear communication, professionalism, and a positive approach
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a high standard of patient care
- Manage insurance verification, billing processes, and patient accounts
- Utilize dental practice management systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
- Optimize scheduling to support productivity and patient flow
- Foster a patient-centered, team-oriented environment
- Train, mentor, and support front office team members
- Deliver constructive feedback and implement performance improvements when needed
- Monitor team culture, patient satisfaction, and operational performance; identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with providers
- Ensure revenue cycle management (RCM), financial, and accounting processes are accurate and effective
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of dental office management experience, including team supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics and data analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a high level of integrity and accountability
- Proven ability to drive office performance and revenue growth
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
