Senior Product Manager – B2B2C SaaS (Software-As-A-Service) Ai-enabled Apps
- 100% REMOTEfrom Canada-only. Fulltime position with 3 weeks Paid Vacation & 10 Paid Holidays & Comp. Benefits
- Must be Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident
Fast-growing B2B SaaS company offers a cloud-based business management software and is rolling out a suite of four new Ai modules.
Company is seeking a senior-level individual contributor who leads through action and sharp product judgment. You will own key product areas end-to-end, shaping strategy, guiding discovery, and collaborating across Engineering, UX/UI, and Customer-facing teams - while mentoring other team members through example.
A successful candidate combines first-principles product thinking with a track record of leveraging AI - whether integrating machine learning (ML) into operations, improving internal tooling with AI, or launching customer-facing AI features. You will also quarterback go-to-market (GTM) efforts, working cross-functionally to ensure successful launches and measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the product roadmap for your domain, aligning initiatives to company objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify high-impact opportunities by formulating the right questions, gathering data, and applying first-principles reasoning to complex problems.
- Lead full GTM go-to-market efforts for major releases and new products - partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product Training, and Customer Success to craft positioning, pricing, enablement, and launch plans.
- Translate strategy into clear requirements: write detailed specs, prioritize interdependent features, and work with Engineering for effort estimates.
- Partner with UX/UI to move from low-fidelity flows to polished designs, balancing speed and quality while managing technical trade-offs.
- Champion responsible and practical uses of AI - spot opportunities, collaborate with data science/engineering, and define success metrics.
- Maintain product plans, backlogs, and documentation so mixed teams can deliver on schedule.
- Assess release readiness and raise quality concerns to leadership when delivery does not meet the bar.
- Model strong product practices and provide informal coaching to junior PMs on discovery methods, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Communicate decisions and status clearly to executives, peers, and cross-functional partners throughout the product lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Software Product Management experience (mostly B2B2C SaaS - Software As A Service).
- MUST HAVE B2B SaaS product management experience running end-to-end with new digital, cloud-based software product features like: SMS tools, self-service kiosks, drag-and-drop form builders, incentives/rewards programs, POS processing, CRM integration, easy check-in methods, mobile barcodes, automated billing, membership sales campaigns, employee management, appointment setting, advanced reporting, etc.
- Experience with JIRA required. Must also be well versed using latest Product Management software (like Notion, Aha!, Amplitude, Productboard, Figma, Google Analytics, Pendo, etc.).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional GTM go-to-market efforts (end-to-end) for major product launches, including positioning, pricing, and sales enablement.
- Strong technical literacy - comfortable discussing technical architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality features in an AGILE environment and measuring impact with clear metrics.
- MUST HAVE great written and verbal ENGLISH communication skills with ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Should have demonstrated success or interest in launching AI-powered software products or integrating AI/ML into product operations.
- Must be Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident.
- Must live in Canada, but not Quebec.
- This role is for a currently vacant position.
Artificial Intelligence tools may be used in connection with the recruitment process for this position.
