Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, India
Reporting to: APAC HRIS & Rewards Lead
About the Role
:We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Regional HR Analyst to join our APAC Human Resources team on a 12-month contract to support with a Global HR Project. This is more than a traditional HR Analyst role. In addition to supporting regional HR operations, reporting, and HR systems, you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional and global HR leaders on key people initiatives and transformation projects across APAC
.
The successful candidate will act as a key coordination point between HR teams across multiple countries, helping to drive consistency, execution, and collaboration across regional programs. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS platform.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries and troubleshooting support across APAC.
- Support HR system enhancements, process improvements, and data governance initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.
Reporting & People Analytics
- Consolidate, analyse, and interpret HR data across multiple APAC markets.
- Develop and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for regional leadership.
- Generate meaningful insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Support reporting requirements related to headcount, turnover, talent, compensation, and organisational metrics.
Compensation, Performance & Learning Support
- Support compensation-related activities, including salary review, bonus planning, and budgeting processes.
- Conduct compensation analysis and prepare reports to support regional HR initiatives.
- Track and report on performance management activities, including goal-setting and annual review cycles.
- Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and monitor training participation and completion.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Support onboarding and employee administration processes.
- Assist with employment documentation, including employee contracts and related HR records.
- Coordinate HR operational activities and ensure timely execution across the region.
- Regional Projects & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of regional and global HR projects across APAC.
- Partner closely with country HR teams to drive project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate communications, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders and countries.
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee and HR experiences.
- Prepare project updates, status reports, and presentations for regional and global leadership teams.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics, People Analytics, or a related HR role.
- Experience working with HR systems; exposure to SuccessFactors is advantageous.
- Experience in supporting regional teams or cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and translating information into actionable insights.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different countries, cultures, and levels of the organisation.
- Confident engaging with both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence, coordinate, and drive follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
