Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support portfolio and project coordination activities across multiple initiatives
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or project coordination
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (Planview preferred)
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in documentation and technical writing
- Knowledge of risk management, financial management, scheduling, and planning
- Familiarity with quality management and change management practices
- Experience using collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
- Understanding of risk and compliance tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate)
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
Certifications:
PMP (nice-to-have)
