Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Location: 5575 Venture Drive Unit A, Parma, OH 44130

Pay Rate: $22.21/hr

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Hours: Mon – Fri 3 pm to 11:30 pm

Main Responsibilities:

Support and maintain applications used by Print & Mail clients
Work with systems like Process Director (PD), WebOrder, and Avanti Slingshot
Help with workflow support, print-on-demand systems, and billing systems
Perform Quality Checks (QC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new client setups
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues

Skills & Experience:

4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Requires advanced computer/connectivity competencies
Experience supporting enterprise or business applications
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, Active Directory) is helpful
Scripting or coding skills (Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.) are a plus
