Position: Medical Sales Representative
Payroll: Randstad
Job Type: Full-Time with Randstad
Location: Guntur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kottayam, Raichur
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation mandatory B.Sc. or B.Pharmacy
- Prior experience in Pharma Sales is required
- Good communication skills in English
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Conduct regular doctor visits and follow-ups with specialists and hospital doctors
- Ensure availability of products through regular chemist surveys
- Execute company strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives effectively
- Facilitate medical conferences and promotional activities
- Distribute product samples and scientific promotional materials to selected doctors
- Maintain strong market presence and positive working relationships with stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned territory
