We are looking for a hands-on Active Directory Administrator to support enterprise-level AD environments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining secure, stable, and highly available directory services.

🔹 Role Summary:

Active Directory (AD) Admin/Operator responsible for day-to-day operations, configuration, patching, documentation, and incident management across enterprise environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms

✔ Configure & manage Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP

✔ Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening

✔ Troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues

✔ Monitor AD health, replication, and domain controller performance

✔ Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

✔ Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC

✔ Participate in RCA and problem management activities
