Job Description

Lead operational activities as an Area Manager specializing in facilities management. This 6-month contract role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage costs and customer relations effectively. As an Area Manager, you will drive operational excellence across assigned accounts, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing personnel costs, inspecting sites, and maintaining customer relationships. This role also involves training new associates, assigning personnel, and overseeing payroll and equipment requisitions. Key Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in Maintenance or Janitorial Services
