Job Description
Our IT Department is looking for a full time Service Desk Analyst to join their team! This is a 40 hour position Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls from users within Community Care
- Help desk ticketing system
- Troubleshoot windows and office
- User account administration
- Participate on a professional help desk, focused on providing exceptional customer support
- Use a wide variety of tools to deliver accurate data and information
- Ability to quickly transition from project work to incoming call(s)
- Suggest, support, and participate in the quality initiatives undertaken by Community Care Physicians
- Perform other related duties as delegated by immediate supervisor
- Work on-call on a rotational basis among Help Desk team

Compensation: $21.00 - $34.00 hourly

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer science related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related help desk role; experience in a primary health care practice is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (95 to 10) and Office applications including O365 is required
- Knowledge of how to create quality documentation to present accurate analysis
- Excellent writing and communications skills are required to communicate with end users, senior managers, and physicians
- Highly motivated, with a "can-do" attitude
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of general security and HIPAA policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships
- Ability to adapt to changing work priorities/fast-paced environment while maintaining professional attitude
- Availability to work overtime, as needed, is a requirement in this role
- Ability to create, maintain, and submit quality technical and business documentation
- Basic project management skills and knowledge are desirable.
