CPI is on the lookout for a Manufacturing Engineer/Specialist dedicated to improving the quality of our power amplifiers and medical generator products. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure robust, efficient manufacturing processes. You will also monitor product yield and lead initiatives to enhance our quality standards throughout the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across operations to meet production goals
• Develop manufacturing build and inspection processes
• Diagnose issues involving RF systems during manufacturing
• Manage BOM configuration and support design implementation
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role
• Strong mechanical background in a high-tech environment
• Green Belt Certification is an asset
• Ability to meet CGP requirements
