Generate leads and contribute to the development of Fidelio ERP's North American market by actively converting new opportunities into target accounts;
Make prospecting calls to corporate clients, targeting and engaging key decision-makers (President, VP, Directors, etc.);
Develop a network of contacts by participating in events, trade shows, webinars, etc.;
Identify market opportunities to build strong business relationships and a solid pipeline of prospects;
Follow up with potential clients and the Sales and Marketing team;
A degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales, or equivalent work experience;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in IT product sales;
- Excellent English and French skills, both written and spoken. Bilingualism is required to communicate daily with English-speaking prospects and clients;
- High motivation and determination to acheive sales objectives;
- Good understanding of target customers and business operations in a SME;
- Experience managing CRM, ERP, or other system projects (an asset);
