About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive focused strictly on office space leasing. The role involves working with businesses to help them find suitable office spaces across Ahmedabad, handling the entire process from requirement understanding to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners, founders, and decision-makers for office space requirements
• Understand client needs (size, budget, location, setup)
• Share relevant office options and arrange site visits
• Conduct property visits and explain offerings clearly
• Negotiate lease terms between landlord and client
• Maintain regular follow-ups and track deal progress
• Build relationships with property owners and brokers for inventory
• Maintain data of leads, requirements, and closures
• Achieve monthly leasing targets

Sales executives are expected to build client relationships, and close deals while managing the full sales cycle.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in commercial real estate / leasing / B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand business requirements quickly
• Comfortable with field work and client meetings
• Basic understanding of Ahmedabad commercial market (preferred)
