Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify growth opportunities in the direct-to-consumer e-commerce space.
Align campaigns with the overall customer journey to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
Campaign Management
Plan, create, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max campaigns and Shopping advertisements.
Implement and monitor bidding strategies to maximize ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4 and Google Merchant Center.
Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Performance and Revenue Growth
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize budgets and campaigns to maximize efficiency, profitability, and ROI.
Identify new strategies and opportunities to drive incremental revenue and increase conversions.
Maintain dashboards and performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including content, SEO, analytics, and creative to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with external partners and Google representatives to stay updated on best practices and platform innovations.
Qualification
- 7–10 years of experience in paid digital marketing, with strong exposure to e-commerce.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team, including mentoring and performance management.
- Proven track record of driving conversions and revenue growth through Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns, Shopping advertisements, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor ROAS, ROI, CTR, and LTV to make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and PPC performance management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
