Job Description
As a network deployment manager at Comcast, you will be responsible for network site planning, equipment deployment, managing contract teams, and basic design of network instances. Your role will involve completing network deployment, managing contract teams, provisioning and supporting wireless and Ethernet transport regional networks serving residential and commercial customers. You will respond to network incidents, determine necessary resources for correction, and lead the team involved in resolving incidents. Your in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in this discipline will allow you to determine your work priorities and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

- Develop practices and procedures for network installation, maintenance, and operation.
- Implement test and acceptance criteria for network elements.
- Schedule equipment activations, customer-affecting network maintenance, and develop documents for network users.
- Design network site planning for multiple regional network sites.
- Represent Regional Company interests with providers to ensure timely delivery of circuits.
- Maintain network element documentation and inventory.
- Order, track, and report on all internal and external wired and wireless connection activation activities.
- Develop cost proposal documents.
