We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly Technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot floor cleaning machines and related equipment. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with mechanical and electrical components and be comfortable using hand and power tools.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the complete assembly of machines from components through final testing and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble floor cleaning machines according to assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Install and connect mechanical, electrical, and battery components.
• Fit motors, gearboxes, brush systems, tanks, wheels, and accessories.
• Route and connect wiring harnesses and electrical systems.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks on completed machines.
• Identify and rectify assembly defects and minor technical issues.
• Maintain assembly records and inspection checklists.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in assembly and testing processes.

Required Skills

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and technical instructions.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and DC systems.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI (Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic, Turner or related trade)
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3–8 years of experience in machine assembly, equipment manufacturing, automotive assembly, generators, pumps, compressors, agricultural machinery, HVAC equipment, or similar industries.

• Machine assembly
• Electrical wiring

• Battery-powered equipment
• Industrial machinery
• Automotive or agricultural equipment assembly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
