Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Pallet Sorter. This is an excellent opportunity for young individuals looking for their first job or those interested in gaining experience in the manufacturing and production industry. No prior experience is required—we will provide training to ensure you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize pallets by size, condition, and type for recycling or reuse.
• Handle and transport pallets throughout the production facility.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned, maintaining an efficient work area.
• Ensure all safety procedures and company guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the entire 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to stand and work for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn.
