Location: Chantilly, VA (On-site)

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph required

We’re partnered with a DoD-focused consulting firm seeking a Senior Software Developer to build and modernize a secure Identity Access Management application supporting mission-critical systems.

What You’ll Work With

• Back-end: Java, Spring Boot
• APIs & Services: RESTful API design and integration
• Infrastructure & OS: Red Hat Linux, AWS (desired), Docker, Kubernetes (desired)
• Front-end (nice to have): TypeScript, Angular, modern web app patterns

What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance secure back-end services and REST APIs.
• Maintain and refactor existing applications used in DoD environments.
• Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate within an Agile team and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience in secure, complex environments (DoD, intel, or similar).
• Bonus: ICAM/identity, AWS, TypeScript/Angular, Docker/Kubernetes.
