Project Management & Delivery

› Lead and coordinate IAM-related project tasks, ensuring delivery, timelines, and milestones are clearly defined and met.

› Work closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements, track progress, and communicate updates.

› Assist in developing project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and resource estimates for IAM initiatives.

› Manage dependencies across cross-functional teams and escalate risks or issues proactively.

› Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance processes are followed consistently.

› Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training materials, and implementation readiness.

› Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes within the IAM program.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

› Act as a senior engineering liaison between global/regional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

› Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs that meet policy, compliance, and operational needs.

› Identify and propose automation, process optimization, and innovation opportunities within the IAM ecosystem.
