About the Role

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote College Park Academy's programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the website.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the academy's visibility and reputation within the community.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to align marketing efforts with academic goals and community outreach.
• Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and outreach effectiveness.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Organize and promote events that foster community engagement and showcase student achievements.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an educational setting.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and managing communications.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Creative thinker with a passion for education and community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
