Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM & Business Analyst, focusing on Zoho CRM. In this role, you'll help manage and optimize our CRM systems, specifically managing customer information in the CRM. You will ensure smooth data operations, support reporting and analysis, and assist in streamlining our sales and customer management workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for a liberal arts or business graduate who wants to explore the intersection of technology, business processes, and customer data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, deals, accounts).
- Create and manage CRM dashboards and reports to track performance.
- Ensure data quality by conducting regular checks and clean-ups.
- Set up workflows, automations, reminders, and templates in Zoho CRM.
- Conduct online research to identify new leads and business opportunities.
- Support teams with CRM best practices and provide user assistance when needed.
- Assist with sales and marketing activities, including customer outreach.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, filters, sorting).
- Comfortable using business software and eager to learn Zoho CRM.
- Understanding of basic sales and marketing processes (preferred).
- Prior exposure to any CRM system (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.

Work Schedule
We follow a six-day work model on alternate weeks to serve our global customers with agility and excellence.
Employees are expected to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month. This model helps us accelerate delivery timelines and maintain the high standards of quality our customers expect.
