We are hiring a Technical/Production Support to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking and Financial companies in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the team.
• This role resides within a support organization, but requires strong engineering capabilities to design and build solutions that enhance platform reliability, efficiency, and automation.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating tasks from simple operational activities to complex workflow orchestration to improve support processes and reduce manual effort.
• They will actively participate in an agile delivery model and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across ecosystem.
• This role demands strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage effectively with development teams, clients, vendors, and other technology partners.
• In addition to automation and engineering work, the candidate will provide hands-on application production support for global platforms and assist with onboarding both internal and vendor-provided applications.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $62 $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
