Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Production Planning Executive to join our operations team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and production data, developing production plans, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting strategic decision-making through actionable insights.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient production scheduling, inventory optimization, and smooth operational execution across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze production, inventory, sales, and operational data.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Generate analytical reports related to production efficiency, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- Support management with forecasting, business planning, and performance insights.
Production Planning & Operations
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing and dispatch.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with relevant teams to achieve delivery targets.
- Analyze demand forecasts and align production plans accordingly.
- Track operational KPIs and identify process bottlenecks.
- Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Inventory & Coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and planning records.
- Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in data analysis, production planning, operations, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and dashboard creation.
- Understanding of inventory management and production scheduling.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or other analytical tools is an added advantage.
