Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a TL-Accounting where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel TLM - Cash Reconciliations and S/4 HANA SAP Banking to drive financial accuracy and efficiency. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations ensuring compliance and contributing to strategic financial planning. Your efforts will directly impact our companys financial health and support our mission to deliver exceptional value to our stakehold

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide expertise in MS Excel to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
• Utilize TLM
• Cash Reconciliations to manage and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Implement and maintain S/4 HANA SAP Banking processes to streamline financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track financial performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of fixed assets accounting and cost accounting to optimize resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Exhibit expertise in TLM
• Cash Reconciliations for accurate transaction management.
• Possess experience in S/4 HANA SAP Banking to enhance financial processes.
• Have a strong understanding of fixed assets accounting and cost accounting principles.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts.

Certifications Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in accounting.
