Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

Cognizant’s Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a Hybrid position requiring 2 to 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office- Jersey City, NJ

What you need to have to be considered:

• Proficiency in Core Java
• Java development experience with knowledge of Java 11 and above
• Angular 9 and above
• Spring Framework
• RESTful micro services
• Spark & Kafka
• Oracle PL/SQL, SQL
• Extensive Hands-on Experience in AWS Development is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $99,000- $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
