Job Description
Location : Onsite to Vancouver, BC V6Z 2H3, Canada ( 5 weekdays / 8 hours (PST) )
Responsibilities
Productivity Assessment and Ticket Closure Auditing
Identify and improve snow workflow and automation.
Upgrade users to latest Office client
e-mail and user permissions management
Edit and delete security groups
Assign and remove license and manage guest access in groups
Monitor MS license consumption and support in Audit
Configure re-occurring exchange platform requests.
Give mailbox permissions to another user
Get access to and back up former user's data
M365 user email settings
Convert user mailbox to shared mailbox
Create an Office 365 Group
Fix M365 Issues
Create O365 Groups, Expiration policies
Find and fix Domain and DNS issues
Required Skills
M365 Admin (overall)
Exchange Online: Managing mail flow, mailbox permissions, mail tracing, shared mailboxes/calendars, and distribution groups.
Teams: Supporting chat, meetings, channels, and M365 groups.
PowerShell: Must be able to create scripts and follow instructions to run commands or scripts using PowerShell modules such as ExchangeOnline and Microsoft.Graph.
Active Directory: Managing user and group objects.
Entra ID: Managing user and group objects.
Microsoft licensing: Understanding of group-based licensing and governance as required
OneDrive: Support and troubleshooting
Nice-to-have Skills
DMARC: Understanding of how DMARC, DKIM and SPF DNS records work.
Defender (email only): Basic understanding of tenant allow/block lists and anti-spam policies.
Teams Voice: Experience with PSTN integration (assigning phone numbers).
PowerApps and Power Automate: Fair understanding.

Strong M365 Exchange online experience and skills
Strong Communication Skills and ITIL process understanding

The salary range for this role is $77,500 to $91,000 CAD.
