Technical Writer

Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities: Produce a complete user guide for the first module put into production of the Saraga Solutions group insurance platform; Tailor content and level of detail to a back-office audience (internal users); Collaborate with IT, product and business teams to validate content; Participate in iterations and adjustments to the guide based on user feedback.The profile we are looking for is as follows: Demonstrate significant experience in writing functional documentation or user guides; Have experience in a variety of environments; Application systems Digital platforms Ideally in insurance or financial services (an asset) Be able to : Popularizing functional and technical concepts Structure information in a logical and pedagogical way Demonstrate experience with different types of audience; Internal users (back-office) External users (clients)
