Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LAN, WAN, and WiFi connectivity.
Assist in configuring new devices on the network and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, backups, and system monitoring.
Offer desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in networking or a related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
Willing to travel across India

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
