Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles under digital transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business case development.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in clear business terms.

• Experience in Oil & Gas, energy, or industrial analytics environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Azure or Databricks.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks.
