Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager with 3-3.5 years of experience to plan, execute, and manage technology projects. The candidate should coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage client communication and handle requirement clarifications.
• Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and processes.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with software development teams
• Understanding of web or mobile application development projects
• Basic knowledge of technical concepts like APIs, databases, and cloud

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
