Job Description
Location : PAN India
- Microsoft Intune cloud architecture design to meet customers technical, security, and business needs
- Management of MDM platform (Microsoft Intune)
- Provide administration and technical support for mobile devices and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Supporting other IT professionals with expertise
- Consults runs proof of concepts, and advises the best use of Intune services to solve current challenges
- Develop and maintain software solutions/scripts to support automation of Intune configuration and administration
- Capability in migration and implementation of Intune and defined services.
- Define and implement RBAC within InTune.
- Configure and deploy Auto-Pilot within InTune.
- Co-management deployment Requirements
- Deep understanding of Intune and Azure
- Working knowledge and experience in configuration of all tiers involving mobile device (iOS, Android), MDM solution InTune, Office 365, etc
- Good understanding of SCCM/MECM along with Windows 10/11
- Knowledgeable in managing iOS and Android device
- Knowledgeable in Samsung Knox and Apple Business Manager
- Application packaging and software deployment skills
- Very good communication skills (written/spoken)
- Great analytical, problem solving, and teamwork skills
