🚀 Frontend Engineer (React | 3.5+ Years of Experience)

As a Frontend Engineer, you will build intuitive, high-performance web interfaces using React for AI-driven healthcare products. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and ML teams to translate complex workflows into clean, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning frontend features end-to-end and care deeply about performance, usability, and code quality.

🧩 What You’ll Do

🎨 Frontend Development

• Build responsive, production-grade user interfaces using React
• Develop reusable, well-structured UI components and frontend architectures
• Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility
• Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality code

🔌 API & Integration

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with Backend and ML teams to surface AI-powered insights in the UI
• Handle data flows, state management, and error handling gracefully

⚙️ Collaboration & Ownership

• Own frontend features from design review to deployment
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Improve frontend tooling, testing, and developer experience
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to refine UX and usability

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 3.5+ years of experience as a Frontend or Software Engineer
• Have strong hands-on experience with React (required)
• Are proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understand frontend performance optimization and best practices
• Have experience integrating APIs and collaborating with backend teams
• Have worked in product-based companies or startups
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code
• Communicate clearly and take ownership of your work
