Job Description

• Working days/Rotation of Shifts - if needed: The work schedule is based on rotating shifts that start at 5:00 AM and end at 5:30 PM
• Working for the first week will take place on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, respectively, with a break on Wednesday, according to the schedule
• The second week includes a day of rest on Monday, with Tuesday and Wednesday falling in the middle of the week and Thursday through Sunday completing the seven-day cycle
• An average work schedule entails 96 working hours in a period of 14 days.

Compensation

The hourly wages for this job can range up to $32.00, based on the experience of the applicant. Moreover, there are local extras included such as referral bonuses and an additional week of payment.

General Purpose

The primary function of this position is to lead a group while also troubleshooting and delivering rapid preventive and corrective HVAC Maintenance Technician to production lines, in addition to facilitating change-over.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt repairs and perform routine maintenance procedures on equipment to prevent future problems.
• Perform a complete renovation and installation of modern equipment.
• Creating new components and constructing parts from scratch is an essential task in the field of engineering.
• Conduct upkeep of the facility and promote a hygienic and secure workspace.
• Analyze the Supplier Options: Once the inventory levels are determined, it is time to analyze the supplier options available for each required part. This may involve studying factors such as price, quality, delivery time, and minimum order quantity.
• Perform all necessary preparation work and gather all necessary materials before beginning work order tasks.
• Implement the substitution of tools and the organization of assembly processes.

Qualifications

• To qualify for this job, candidates must have either a High School diploma or an equivalent.
• A certification in the Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational field is the favored qualification for this job opening.
• For this position, we require candidates to have 0-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• One year or more of experience in mechanical and electrical fields is preferred for an applicant.
• We strongly prefer candidates who have experience in diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Prior participation in a swift industrial setting.
• Showed technical and mechanical expertise through consistent performance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Competence in conforming to the precise instructions and charts given by the producer.
• It would be beneficial to have some knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC).
• The provision of hand tools may be deemed necessary.
