As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will drive AI enablement across the engineering team. With over 8 years in SRE or related fields, you’ll establish quality gates and develop custom tools, working with AI-assisted development frameworks. This role emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence to enhance code quality and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of AI standards and best practices
- Design AI tooling and frameworks for engineering
- Guide teams through AI tool adoption initiatives
- Conduct training and measurement of tooling impact
- Participate in on-call support and infrastructure guidance
Requirements
- 8-10+ years in SRE, Dev Ops, or similar roles
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
- Experience with AWS and Terraform
