DM Setter (Women’s Fitness Coaching Remote, Contract)

We’re growing quickly at Coach Laura Manganaro, and we’re looking for 1–2 motivated, self-led DM Setters to help guide women from conversations to breakthrough moments by booking quality calls with our sales team.

This is more than a messaging role. This is a front-row seat to a movement redefining what strength, confidence, and results look like for women over 40.

I’m the founder of Coach Laura Manganaro, a fitness and nutrition brand serving women 40+ who are struggling to reach their desired physique due to hormonal changes, years of misinformation, and unsustainable dieting.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Start authentic conversations in DMs (inbound and outbound) across Instagram and Facebook Communicate clearly and confidently in English Guide conversations toward booking qualified calls using our proven DM framework Follow our DM training system while bringing your own personality and initiative Be coachable and open to feedback with a positive attitude Learn and utilize tools such as ManyChat, Go High Level, and ClickUp Maintain organization and communication within the team Take ownership of your performance and daily activity Be proactive in asking questions and improving your skill set

This role is about consistency, connection, and conversions. You will be trained on our messaging style, scripts, and systems, but your ability to connect and lead conversations will determine your success.

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role, you must have: A smartphone or tablet and a laptop or desktop A reliable Wi-Fi or hotspot connection Availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours Strong time management and the ability to work independently

This is not a clock-in, clock-out role, but consistency and reliability are required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping women over 40 feel confident again Understanding of (or willingness to learn) hormone-based fat loss, metabolism, and body recomposition Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence Ability to read conversations and guide them appropriately Self-motivated and driven without needing constant supervision Focused on improving performance and tracking results

Bonus: Experience in coaching, personal training, sales, or fitness

PAY & OPPORTUNITY

Training: One week of virtual training (4–6 hours per day, Monday through Sunday) to learn systems, messaging, and expectations. Additional training materials will be provided as needed. Any extended training beyond week one is completed independently.

Compensation (based on experience level): While a base pay is provided, your earning potential is largely driven by performance through commission.

On average, setters contribute to $20,000–$30,000 in monthly sales revenue while working part-time.

Part Time (20hours a week: $800/month + 3% commission on closed deals

Full Time (40hours a week: $900/month + 3% commission

There is a 30-day probationary period that allows you to demonstrate performance and determine your level placement moving forward.
