Here’s the Impact You’ll Make In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value. You will: Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals What You’ll Accomplish Together Working closely with developers, QA teams, client stakeholders, and internal partners, you will: Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions Support development teams by clarifying requirements Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied Contribute to release documentation and communication Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines You’re the Missing Piece If You… Enjoy solving complex problems and structuring solutions Are comfortable working between business and technical teams Thrive in fast-paced, project-based environments Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders Take ownership and adapt quickly Qualifications 5+ years Business Analysis experience 5+ years web portal/digital platform experience Experience gathering and documenting requirements Agile methodology experience Experience working with developers and QA teams Client-facing experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Bilingual (French and English) Required Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Experience with documentation and functional specs Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Attention to detail Nice to Have Pension / Defined Benefits experience Accessibility knowledge (WCAG) Technical knowledge (SQL, APIs, SSO) Release management experience Work Environment Collaborative and team-oriented Project-based work with deadlines Opportunity to grow and work on multiple initiatives Flexible and supportive culture Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
