Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Upsell additional products or services when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
• Ensure a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities in English and Chinese are a plus.
• Ability to analyze customer issues effectively and provide suitable solutions.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
