Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk support
- Attend incoming calls and emails related to IT support issues, vendor coordination
- Experience working with ticketing tools (such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or similar platforms) will be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and report maintenance
- Maintain accurate reports in Excel (calls, tickets, resolutions, assets, etc.).
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle calls professionally
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
