Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk support
  • Attend incoming calls and emails related to IT support issues, vendor coordination
  • Experience working with ticketing tools (such as ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or similar platforms) will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and report maintenance
  • Maintain accurate reports in Excel (calls, tickets, resolutions, assets, etc.).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to handle calls professionally
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
