Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for both the leasing and project management for the region including but not limited to:
1. Scouting the new properties as per company SOP’s.
2. Complete end to end management of all New/Existing Clove properties.
3. Continuous dealing with landlord pertaining to cost control, modifications in property, compliances, safety security and local administrative and facility issues.
4. Scouting and finalizing alternate locations in case of exit from existing ones.
5. Work with management and business heads on the expansion plans.
6. Working on modalities of exiting from existing locations.
7. Creating strategy and financial plans for new city entry.
8. Responsible for all aspects of site identification, development and lease negotiation.
9. Analyzing and providing financial and operational analysis of properties shortlisted to NCO team and seeking internal approvals to proceed with finalization.
10. Ensuring all documentation and compliances pertaining to all properties are done and up to date at any point in time.
11. Ensure all lease and other facility related vendor agreements are reviewed and vetted by all stakeholders including finance, construction, legal etc.
12. To liaison with in-house construction team, architect and external real estate agents and other persons associated with the project for timely handover of the property.
13. Manage any exits and lease closure and transfer of assets from one location to another.
14. Ensure timely MIS and reporting for the department.
15. Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders like ZCH, Regional Heads, Construction Team, Finance, Legal, Landlords, Vendors, Agents etc.
The role requires a high degree of on ground mobility.
Skills Required

3. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
4. Ability to work in agile and fast changing environment.
5. Excellent working knowledge of SAP, Tally, MS Excel (Pivot tables, v-lookups) and PowerPoint, Microsoft Access desirable
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
