About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Support Executives to handle international (primarily US-based) customers for our client. If you have prior international voice experience—or you’re a fresher with excellent communication skills—this is a great opportunity to build your career from home.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via calls and email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain clear records of all customer interactions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and communication guidelines
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 1+ year international voice experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent English communication can apply
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours)
