About the Role

We’re looking for Customer Support Executives to handle international (primarily US-based) customers for our client. If you have prior international voice experience—or you’re a fresher with excellent communication skills—this is a great opportunity to build your career from home.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via calls and email.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain clear records of all customer interactions
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow company processes and communication guidelines

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • 1+ year international voice experience preferred
  • Freshers with excellent English communication can apply
  • Graduate or Undergraduate
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours)

  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • Power backup for uninterrupted work
  • Personal desktop/laptop with good configuration

💰 Compensation
