Cloudsaber is a UK-based Odoo ERP consultancy helping businesses improve their systems, processes and reporting.

We help companies with Odoo implementation, support, optimisation, customisation and migration. Our work covers areas such as CRM, sales, accounting, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, ecommerce, projects and business process automation.

About the role

We are looking for a remote Odoo ERP Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to help generate qualified sales appointments for our Odoo services.

You will contact leads provided by Cloudsaber, qualify potential customers and book discovery meetings for the senior team. You will also use LinkedIn, CRM data, business directories and other approved platforms to research companies, enrich leads and find additional prospects.

This is not a closing role. Your main responsibility is to start conversations, identify businesses that may need Odoo or ERP support, and book good-quality meetings.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow in B2B sales, SaaS, ERP or business software. A strong performer may be able to progress into a senior SDR, business development, account management or Odoo commercial role over time.

Responsibilities

  • Contact leads provided by Cloudsaber.
  • Research and qualify potential Odoo prospects.
  • Use LinkedIn, CRM systems, business directories and other approved platforms to find additional leads.
  • Contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Speak professionally with business owners, finance managers, operations managers, IT managers and other decision-makers.
  • Identify companies that may be using spreadsheets, disconnected systems, outdated ERP/CRM software or manual processes.
  • Qualify prospects based on current systems, pain points, timing, decision-maker involvement and Odoo fit.
  • Book qualified Odoo discovery meetings for the senior team.
  • Follow up with interested prospects who are not ready immediately.
  • Keep accurate notes, follow-up tasks and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Report on outreach activity, objections, lead quality and meeting quality.

What you will be booking meetings for

Cloudsaber provides Odoo ERP services, including:

  • Odoo implementation
  • Odoo support
  • Odoo optimisation
  • Odoo customisation
  • Odoo migration
  • Odoo CRM, sales, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, ecommerce and project workflows

You do not need to be an Odoo consultant. Training and guidance will be provided. However, you should be willing to learn how Odoo helps businesses improve their operations.

Required experience

  • Previous B2B outbound sales, appointment-setting, SDR, telesales or lead-generation experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
  • Able to speak clearly with business decision-makers.
  • Able to work with provided leads and also research new prospects.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM systems and online research tools.
  • Organised, reliable and able to keep accurate notes.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Odoo, ERP, CRM, SaaS or business software.
  • Experience prospecting into UK businesses.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Experience using sales platforms, business directories or prospecting tools.
  • Experience using Odoo CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Understanding of business processes such as sales, finance, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, ecommerce or projects.

Compensation

This role includes a monthly base rate plus commission.

Commission may be paid for:

  • qualified meetings booked and attended
  • opportunities accepted by the senior team
  • deals generated from SDR activity that convert into customers

The final structure will be agreed before starting and will reward both activity and quality.
