A leading role in cloud4c-services seeks a skilled Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) Engineer with expertise across Windows, Android, and device provisioning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Lifecycle Management: Manage and support SCCM to Intune migrations, implement and troubleshoot co-management workloads, configure workload ownership (Windows Update, Compliance, Apps), handle hybrid Azure AD join and Entra ID joined devices.
• Windows Update & Patching: Configure and manage update rings; troubleshoot devices not receiving cumulative updates; diagnose update conflicts between SCCM and Intune; ensure compliance and patch posture across enterprise fleet.
