Role Description A part-time, remote, commission-based Appointment Setter role built as flexible side income. Ideal if you have a day job, freelance practice, school, or anything else going on and want a reliable second stream of earnings without a full-time commitment.

You'll work our pre-built lead list, send personalized cold outreach via email and LinkedIn using our tested templates, qualify leads against our ICP, and book qualified discovery calls onto our calendar. You won't run discovery, demos, or close deals. Our internal team handle that. Your job ends when the qualified call is on the calendar and the prospect shows up.

Compensation: $150 to $300 per qualified booked call that shows up to discovery, scaled by package tier. Plus 5% of closed deal value, paid monthly over the first 3 months of the retainer. Paid via contractor invoice, net 15. Realistic earnings: $2K to $6K+ per month for 15 to 20 focused hours per week.

Upside: top-performing setters have a clear path to a base salary plus commission, and ultimately a full-time salaried role as we scale.

What we provide: full onboarding, ICP docs, proven email templates, qualifying questions cheat sheet, walkthroughs of our service offerings, lead list, email infrastructure, CRM access, tracking dashboard, case studies and one-pagers, weekly 1:1 check-ins with the founders, and a dedicated Slack channel for real-time support.

Qualifications

  • Tech and AI enabled. You actively use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools in your day-to-day work to research prospects, sharpen messaging, and move faster. You see AI as a multiplier for your work, not a threat to it.
  • Experience in Lead Generation to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Some experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or appointment setting (internship, previous role, or side hustle counts)
  • Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outbound at scale
  • Self-directed and able to commit 15+ hours per week consistently
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Hungry, scrappy, and you actually enjoy outbound work
