Senior Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud and Agentforce in India

The Senior Salesforce Developer (Data Cloud & Agentforce) will be a key technical resource on the Salesforce implementation team. The role involves evaluating, designing, and building advanced solutions on the Salesforce Platform with a strong focus on Data Cloud and AI-driven Agentforce capabilities for nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds along with hands-on experience in Data Cloud, integrations, and AI-enabled automation. The developer will work on Apex, Lightning components, and scalable architecture solutions while enabling intelligent customer engagement through data and AI.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on project implementation teams as the technical lead consultant for developing automation logic, user interfaces, and user experiences
• Evaluate, design, and implement technical solutions for nonprofit and higher education clients
• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, and segmentation
• Build and configure Agentforce solutions to enable AI-driven workflows and automation
• Develop scalable integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, and external systems using APIs
• Write comprehensive test code coverage for all classes, triggers, and components delivered in a project
• Deliver quality results for the client in a timely fashion and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure all requirements are met
• Deliver projects within scope and budget
• Facilitate internal and external meetings
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
• Maintain expert technical knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Data Cloud and AI capabilities
• Assess client business requirements and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions
• Report on project status, risks, and progress to leadership
• Be prepared to work in shifts to accommodate global customers across AMER, APAC, and EMEA

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years Salesforce developer experience, including Apex classes and triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, API integration (REST and SOAP), Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and segmentation
• Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentforce (Salesforce AI/Agent capabilities) and AI-based automation
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and external data systems
• Experience with databases including SOQL, SQL, and/or Oracle
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required); additional certifications preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, VS Code, and modern development practices
• Knowledge of scalable architecture and best practices for multi-tenant platforms
• Understanding of agile methodology and experience working in agile teams
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience working with Data Cloud architecture and large-scale data solutions
• Familiarity with Agentforce use cases, AI automation, and intelligent agents
• Ability to design data-driven and AI-enabled customer engagement solutions
• Experience in nonprofit or higher education Salesforce implementations

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with robust test coverage
