This role is designed specifically as a "Career Launchpad," providing hands-on exposure to global clinical trial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Coordination:

Assist with the daily management of clinical trial activities under the guidance of senior mentors.

• Documentation:

Support the maintenance of Trial Master Files (TMF), site files, and Case Report Forms (CRF).

• Compliance:

Ensure all activities align with ICH-GCP, ethical guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.

• Patient Coordination:

Assist investigators in protocol compliance and managing patient schedules.

• Learning & Development:

Actively participate in specialized training sessions to master clinical operations.

Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Freshers)

• Education:

B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, or equivalent healthcare fields.

• Batch:

2024, 2025, and 2026 graduates (Current final year students are encouraged to apply).

• Skills:

Exceptional communication, a high level of organization, and a strong desire to build a career in Clinical Operations.

• Experience:

Strictly 0 Years Experience. Candidates with prior professional experience in clinical research will not be considered.
