Role Description The Director of Artificial Intelligence will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions at ClikScale.

Responsibilities include managing AI projects, leading a team of data scientists and engineers, and driving innovation in machine learning models, pattern recognition systems, and AI-driven analytics. The role involves strategic planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery to meet client-specific business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position located in North York, ON.

Compensation

• Salary:

CAD $150,000 – $220,000 annually (depending on experience and leadership level)

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, with extensive experience in developing and managing software solutions.
• Expertise in Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition, including managing ML models and implementing algorithmic solutions.
• Proficiency in Data Science and Analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with strong project management and strategic planning skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, including chatbot implementations and real-time system integrations.
• Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging technology to address business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into actionable plans for cross-functional teams and clients.
