Job Description & List of activities

Setup Intune for Windows Device management as the target platform for Image management, patching , Software Deployment, etc.,

Setup Intune Windows & mobile device profiles

Setup Intune Windows & mobile device policies

Setup Enrollment of Windows 10 & mobile devices

Setup Application deployment through Intune and company portal app.

Provide Level 2 or Level 3 End User Computing Support for a global Device Transition project.; Provide support to post-migration issues

Working knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Intune and or any Mobile Device Management Tool

Experience with Intune Infrastructure, policy management, profile management and Azure Active Directory

Experience with Device enrollments to Intune, Windows Autopilot

Validate Intune Device Enrollment and Compliance

In-depth knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to Intune device enrollment, compliance, application installation, certificates

Experience with supporting Windows 10 and iOS/Android Mobile Devices

Good knowledge on Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Group Polices, Office 365

Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment distributed globally

Good Analytical skills

Open to work in shifts
